In this role, Piet Ram specializes in performing fire resistance tests, providing consultancy, and conducting inspections. Additionally, Piet Ram has been an Inspector of Fire Resistance at Efectis Nederland BV since 2004, responsible for inspecting building constructions within fire compartments to ensure compliance with legislation and advising on necessary updates. Prior to this, Piet Ram worked as a Product Manager at KONE B.V. Liften en Roltrappen from 1985 to 2004.
