The foundation of Efesan Group was laid by Süleyman Efe in 1972. After beginning its operations in rolling mill business, Efesan Group has become a well-known corporation in the industrial sector thanks to its experience in the manufacture of plain bars and ribbed iron and the establishment of Efesan Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Efesan Group, which closely follows the requirements of the day, has expanded its businesses by making investments in casting industry, logistics and port management, real estate development and construction in parallel to its targets of growth and development.

Efesan Grup’un temelleri 1972 yılında Süleyman Efe tarafından atılmıştır. Ticari hayatına haddehane işletmeciliği ile başlayan Efesan Grup, düz ve nervürlü demir üretimindeki tecrübesi, sıcak demir haddeciliğindeki rekabet gücü ve 1985 yılında kurulan Efesan Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ile sanayi sektöründe  ismi öne çıkan kurumlardan olmuştur.
