Adrian Fegan

Adrian Fegan is a seasoned professional in the field of consulting and research, currently serving as a Senior Manager at EFESO since October 2016, where leadership involves guiding teams in the implementation of lean principles within life science companies across multiple regions. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Consultant and Consultant at BSM Lean Consultants from June 2012 to October 2016, and a Research Associate at the University of Minnesota, focusing on the targeted delivery of therapeutic agents from January 2008 to June 2012. Adrian Fegan holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and a BA Honours in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin.
