Cathal Boyce

Cathal Boyce is an experienced consultant currently serving as a Manager at Efeso Management Consulting, where they also work as a Lean Innovation Mentor. With a strong background in management consulting, they possess skills in DMAIC, process engineering, and business process improvement, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Lean Systems from the University of Limerick. Prior to their current roles, Cathal held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer at John Crane Ireland Ltd and Tiermac Engineering, and worked as a Principal Lean Consultant at BSM.
