Laura van Essen

Laura van Essen is currently the Manager of Business Development at EFESO, where they focus on accelerating organizational transformations and enhancing performance. They previously held the position of Consultant at SpendLab Performance Improvement from 2018 to 2020 and served as a Mid Office Specialist at STX Services B.V. between 2016 and 2018. Before that, Laura was a Manager at IQ Creative B.V. from 2011 to 2016 and worked as Junior Staff at Ernst & Young in 2009-2010. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies and a Master’s degree in Strategy & Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
