Luca Benza

Luca Benza is an experienced management professional with a strong focus on operational excellence and consulting within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Manager at EFESO since September 2021, Luca has also worked as an Independent Contractor since March 2017, delivering consulting services that include designing a Continuous Improvement platform and serving as an ERP Program Manager for SAP S/4HANA implementations. Previously, Luca held key positions at Novartis as an Operational Excellence Master Black Belt, leading OPEX program deployments, and at ASSA ABLOY as Lean Manager in Italy. Early career experience includes roles at Galgano & Associati as a Lean Consultant and Procter & Gamble as a Process Engineer transitioning to Manufacturing Manager. Luca's academic background includes degrees from ESSEC Business School, Luiss Guido Carli University, and the University of Pavia in Electrical Engineering, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Florida Atlantic University.
