Tom Mentink

Tom Mentink is an experienced professional in operations management, continuous improvement, and performance excellence, currently serving as an Associate at EFESO since November 2022. At EFESO, Tom focuses on enhancing client performance through effective KPI management and fostering a data-driven culture. Previously, Tom held key roles at Obela Europe as Factory Director, overseeing operations in the Humus Factory, and at FrieslandCampina as Continuous Improvement Manager and Production Manager. Tom's earlier experience at Bel included roles such as Milk Supply Manager, Industrial Performance Coordinator, and Deputy Head Raw Milk Department, where significant savings and operational efficiencies were achieved. Tom holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research.
