Vincent Nie is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in consulting and operations management. Currently serving as Principal at EFESO Management Consultants since November 2017, Vincent has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Project Manager/Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a Management Consultant position at Koch Industries, where responsibilities involved advising leaders in Greater China to enhance the application of the MBM® philosophy through tailored training and workshops. Vincent's earlier tenure at SGL Group - The Carbon Company spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Operations Manager, 6-Sigma + Lean Black Belt, and Quality Manager, resulting in improved operational performance, savings, and successful ISO 9001:2008 certification for multiple entities. Vincent holds an MBA in International Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in International Economy and Trade from East China University of Science and Technology, along with prior education from The University of Bonn and Nanchang University.
