John Massad

John Massad has extensive experience in project inspection and engineering support, currently serving as a Project Inspector/Engineering Assistant for the City of Rowlett Public Works since November 2014. Additionally, John has been a dedicated volunteer with the EF High School Exchange Year program in the Dallas/Rockwall areas since February 2012, playing a crucial role in connecting local host families with international exchange students. Prior to these roles, John served as a Pavements and Construction Equipment Operator in the United States Air Force from February 1992 to December 2014, where responsibilities included the management, construction, maintenance, and repair of various pavement surfaces and drainage structures.
