Danielle Wright is currently the Design Director at Effect, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked as a Design Lead at Catch Design from 2022 to 2025 and as a UX/UI Designer and Graphic Designer at SilverStripe from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Danielle served as a Graphic Designer at Mitsubishi Electric from 2013 to 2017 and as a Merchandiser from 2010 to 2012. They hold a Bachelor of Design with Honours in Graphic Design from Massey University, which they earned between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Danielle was a Group Fitness Instructor for Ubound with Radical Fitness from 2016 to 2020.
