Jan Hoffmann

Jan Hoffmann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jan is currently employed at EFFECT Photonics as a Senior Product Engineer since February 2021. Before that, Jan worked at Finisar Corporation for seven years as a Senior Development Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Senior RF Design Engineer at u2t Photonics AG for three years. Jan also worked as a Signal Integrity Engineer at FCI for one year in 2010. Before that, they were a Design Engineer IC at MergeOptics for six years. Jan started their career as an Intern at Infineon Technologies in 1999 and later worked as a DA at RWTH. Jan also worked as a Wiss. Ang. at TU Berlin from 2001 to 2004.

Jan Hoffmann attended RWTH Aachen University from 1995 to 2001, earning a degree in Electrical Engineering with the title of "Dipl. Ing."
