Steve Turley currently guides early-stage technology companies through their lifecycle, focusing on fundraising, strategic assessment, global scaling, and exit strategies. Their previous roles include CEO of Perpetuum, a venture-capital-backed startup, and EVP at Bookham Technology. With experience spanning leadership positions at Nortel Networks and currently as Executive Chair of PhovIR Technologies, Turley has also served as Chairman of Effect Photonics and as an Advisor for Silicon Catalyst. They are actively engaged in mentoring at Oxford's Creative Destruction Lab and have been instrumental in fostering growth across Deep Tech industries. Turley is pursuing a BA from the University of Oxford and a PhD at The University of Sheffield.
