Stijn Paps

Stijn Paps is the Vice President of Engineering at EFFECT Photonics, where they are developing the world's first Pico Integrated Tunable Laser Assembly (pITLA). Previously, Stijn held various leadership roles at onsemi, including Product Engineering Manager and Principal Product Engineering, overseeing teams in front end engineering, back end engineering, and quality assurance. With experience at Cypress Semiconductor as a Staff Product Engineer, Stijn contributed to new product development and quality programs for image sensors. They hold a Master’s and Professional Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from LUCA School of Arts and completed the PRINCE2 Project Management certification.
