Ryan Greenough

Ryan Greenough is a Controls and Application Engineer at Effecterra in the Technology and Development Department. With over 15 years of experience in refrigeration startups and controls, Ryan specialized in bringing complex systems to life and has worked with various platforms, including Micro Thermo and Danfoss. Previously, Ryan served as a Refrigeration/Controls Tech and Journeyman at Loblaw Companies Limited from 2011 to 2024. Having earned a Red Seal in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Ryan is dedicated to advancing CO₂ refrigeration adoption while expanding skills into the building automation sector.
