Stefanie Pintelon

Stefanie Pintelon is an experienced HR professional who has worked as an HR Partner at Effectis since December 2017. Stefanie also holds the title of HR consultant at several other companies including Snick EuroIngredients, Pittman Seafoods, Steenoven, Phaer, Heleblitz Services, Vlaemynck natuurlijk, and Duo: digital factory. Stefanie previously worked at Lidl Belgium & Luxemburg from March 2008 to February 2017, where Stefanie held various HR-related positions such as Senior consultant T&D, Head of Training & development, Head of HR Engagement, Team leader HR, and Project manager. Stefanie holds a Master's degree in criminological sciences from Universiteit Gent and is currently pursuing a certification in mediation from Ghent University.
