Andrei Ratkevich

Andrei Ratkevich is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Director at EffectiveSoft since May 2003. Prior to this role, Andrei held the position of Head of Department at Engineering Systems \ RESnet from April 2000 to April 2003, where responsibilities included building applications and simulation models for the oil and gas industry. Andrei began the career as a Lead Software Developer and Software Developer at Lappa \ RESnet from August 1997 to March 2000. Educationally, Andrei obtained a Master's degree in Automated Information Systems from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, completing the program in June 1998.
