Darya Drobova

Darya Drobova is a Principal BI Developer/Consultant at EffectiveSoft since June 2022, overseeing the BI direction in the Data Solutions team and managing internal projects and departmental activities. Previously, Darya worked at IBA Group from February 2014 to July 2022 as a BI Developer/Consultant, focusing on data mining, modeling, and report development while enhancing customer service through requirement analysis and task supervision. Darya began a career as an Analyst-economist at Mediaholding "Vladimir Grevtsov’s Agency" (Media Compass, LLC) from February to November 2013, where responsibilities included the development of reports and performance analysis. Darya holds a Specialist degree in Mathematics and Information Technologies from Belarusian State University, completed in 2014, and attended Lyceum 1 in Minsk from 2005 to 2009.
