Karina Kashuba

Karina Kashuba is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in digital and product design. Currently serving as Head of Digital Experience and Lead Experience Designer at EffectiveSoft since February 2021, Karina leads the design department with a strategic vision and develops design strategies aligned with company objectives. Previously, Karina was a Product Designer at QITTIQ SOLUTIONS, LLC, where innovative MVPs for four products were launched. Other roles include UX/UI Designer at Skytop Engineering, contributing to a corporate website redesign that boosted customer inquiries by 25%, and Graphic Designer at the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus. Karina studied at IT Academy in 2019 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Publishing from Белорусский государственный технологический университет.
