Natalia Vereshchaka

Natalia Vereshchaka serves as the Human Resources Director at EffectiveSoft since August 2021, overseeing team management, HR policy implementation, and the development of various HR processes such as the 360 review and employee engagement programs. Responsibilities include managing the Human Capital Department Budget, conducting performance reviews, and participating in strategic sessions. Previously, Natalia held the position of Recruiting Team Lead, focusing on sourcing, competency interviews, and recruitment strategy development, along with mentoring new team members. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Twinslash. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Government Administration from Belarusian State University and has additional educational training from Академия BELHARD and Institute IBA.
