Yan Sychou

Yan Sychou is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading and delivering projects across various sectors, including HealthTech, Aviation, and Big Data. Currently serving as the Head of PMO at EffectiveSoft, Sychou manages a portfolio of 15 concurrent projects and has successfully established a company-wide PMO model. Previous roles include Delivery Manager, where Sychou contributed to PMO establishment and strategic project negotiations, and Scrum Master at Outra, focusing on Agile transformation.
