Carissa Bunnell

Carissa Bunnell is an experienced engagement manager at Effectual since July 2023, bringing a rich background in project and customer management. Previously, Carissa served as the Director of Project Management at Twenty Ideas, where there was a focus on managing project resources and mentoring project managers. In earlier roles at Quorum, Carissa excelled as an Implementation Project Manager, overseeing over 75 customer projects and enhancing client relationships, and as a Customer Success Manager, renewing contracts and identifying improvement opportunities. Carissa began their career as a Training Advisor at CBT Nuggets and as an Institutional Researcher Assistant at Southwestern Oregon Community College. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration International Business from the University of Agder.
