Sameer Yeolekar

Sameer Yeolekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical program management, particularly in the public sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management at Effectual since January 2020, Sameer leads a portfolio focused on AWS Cloud, application development, and security initiatives. Previously, Sameer held the Program Manager position, overseeing customer engagement and managing a team of over 15 direct reports. At JHC Technology, Inc., Sameer excelled as Service Delivery Manager, managing a substantial portfolio, including multiple AWS Cloud contracts. Prior roles include Program Manager at NITS Solutions, where Sameer directed a large team to deliver cloud-based data analytics products, and Project Manager at Imagine One Technology & Management, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
