Richard Vida

Richard Vida, CPA, CIA, CISA is a Director of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance at Riveron since 2025. In 2022, they served as a Director at Effectus Group where they played a key role in building the Risk Advisory and SOX practice, advising on SOX readiness and organizing internal and external training. Prior to that, Richard held various managerial positions at EY from 2014 to 2018, including Assurance Manager, where they managed audits for significant clients and oversaw internal audit services.
