Mies Koolen

Mies Koolen is a professional with diverse experience in hospitality, retail, and creative fields. Currently serving as a Hospitality Assistant and Artist Handler at Effenaar since December 2024, Mies provides backstage support and hospitality care for artists. Previous roles include Maker at Zorgbureau Brabant, where vintage spoon rings, clay sculptures, and candles were crafted, and Social Media Manager and Retail Specialist at Kringloopwarenhuis Het Goed. Mies also contributed as a Business Innovator at Kringloopbedrijf La Poubelle, focusing on the future of retail in the circular economy. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Innovation from Avans Hogeschool and international courses in communication design, fashion, and photography from IADE Creative University Lisboa.
