Robert Schaeffer

Robert Schaeffer is currently the Head of Programme and Marketing at Effenaar, where they oversee diverse programming and marketing strategies. Previously, they were a DJ with The Longmen, performing at various festivals and venues, and served on the programme committee for Bladelse Zomerfeesten, where they booked numerous notable acts. Robert has also held advisory roles for music programmes at Virus Festival and STRP Art & Technology Festival, and contributed to the organization of events such as Dynamo Open Air. They earned a degree in Chemical Technology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and completed a leadership program at Utrecht University.
