Shirley McKey possesses extensive experience in financial administration and operations management across various educational and research institutions. Currently serving as Financial Administration Support at Efficiency Canada since December 2023, Shirley previously held key leadership roles including Director of Operations for NSERC PermafrostNet and the Internetworked Security Systems Network at Carleton University, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-million dollar research projects and liaising with diverse stakeholders. As Executive Director of the Smart Cybersecurity Network at Université de Montréal, engagement in knowledge mobilization and networking initiatives was emphasized.
