Jenny Allen

Jenny Allen has extensive experience in human resources and administrative support, currently serving as a Systems Analyst at EfficiencyOne since December 2010, where responsibilities include managing employee data and workforce planning. Previous roles at EfficiencyOne also encompass positions as Human Resources Analyst, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant, where Jenny provided guidance on HR policies and supported various HR functions. Prior to this, Jenny worked at Nova Scotia Power as an Administrative Assistant, aiding the Conservation & Energy Efficiency Department, and held several roles earlier in their career, including positions at Peoplebank and Pratt & Whitney. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources from Saint Mary's University.
