Lauren MacLeod

Lauren MacLeod is a skilled project manager currently overseeing the Provincial Benchmarking Program at EfficiencyOne since June 2023. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie University after completing an engineering diploma at Cape Breton University. Prior experience includes roles as an energy systems co-op student and clean energy co-op student at the Verschuren Centre for Sustainability, a building energy modeler at M&R Engineering Ltd., and a mechanical engineering co-op student at Nova Scotia Power. Additionally, Lauren contributed as a front desk representative at The Lakes at Ben Eoin Golf Club & Resort and served as Vice President External for the Cape Breton University Engineering Society. Early career experience also includes customer service at Cineplex.
