Marlon Wauchope

Marlon Wauchope is a proficient engineering professional with extensive experience in operations and hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Research and Innovation at EfficiencyOne since October 2024, Marlon previously held various leadership roles at Nexus Robotics from September 2017 to October 2024, including Director of Operations and Hardware Engineering, Director of Hardware Engineering, and Lead Engineer. Marlon's earlier experience includes working as a Control Engineer (EIT) at Fossil Power Systems Inc. from September 2015 to September 2017 and as a Product Researcher & Tester (Co-op) at Solar Global Solutions in early 2014. Marlon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dalhousie University, completing the degree in 2015.
