Vikas Rathore

Vikas Rathore is an Associate Vice President of Operations at Efficient Plastech Pvt. Ltd., where they have worked since 2011. With over 16 years of experience in plant operations, production management, and quality management, Vikas focuses on maximizing profitability through optimal resource utilization and process improvements. Prior to their current role, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at Selec Controls Pvt. Ltd. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a PGDBA in Operations from the Welingkar Institute of Management. Currently, Vikas is pursuing an Executive Programme in Leadership & Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
