Lilach Stoler

Lilach Stoler is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resource functions across various technology-focused organizations. Currently serving as Head of HR at Efficient Frontier since 2025, Stoler previously held the position of Global Head of HR at SSV Labs, where responsibilities included managing HR for a distributed team and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives. Prior experience includes building HR infrastructure at Affilomania, where strategies aligned with business growth, and leading HR processes at Sarine Technologies, focused on performance management and employee relations. Stoler began a legal career as an advocate at Eyal Khayat, Zolty, Neiger & Co., before transitioning into HR. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies and an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University.
