Rick Ferns is the Director of Technical Development at EPC - Efficient Power Conversion, a position held since 2017. Previously, Rick worked as a Research and Development Engineer at X-FAB from 2005 to 2009 and served as a Partner Manager at Yoyodyne in 2016-2017, where they provided engineering consulting to the semiconductor industry. Rick has developed and released several generations of semiconductor technologies and has played a key role in the startup of manufacturing lines. Currently, Rick is pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and is admitted to the PhD program at HECTOR School of Engineering & Management, while also holding a BS with Honors from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
