Stefania Achilli

Stefania Achilli has over 18 years of work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Stefania started as a Fellow at Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in 2003 before moving on to STMicroelectronics in 2004, where they worked as a Reliability Engineer and later as a Senior Program Manager. In 2017, they joined Infineon Technologies as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing industrial business products. As part of their job, they set up projects, monitored work packages, and oversaw project implementation until release to production. Stefania is currently employed at Efficient Power Conversion, where they work as a Senior Project Manager. Stefania is also a co-owner of Dedaspuri, a company they founded in 2019.

Stefania Achilli has a strong educational background in the field of physics. Stefania completed their high school diploma in scientific studies at Liceo in 1995 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Università di Pavia in 2002. In the same year, they also attended the University of Strathclyde and studied Solid State Physics. In 2003-2004, Stefania completed their II Level Master Certificate in ESAS in Material Science from Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori, Pavia. Additionally, they obtained IPMA Level C® certification from IPMA in June 2018.
