Gilles DOS SANTOS

Gilles DOS SANTOS has extensive experience in technical account management and support, currently serving as the Head of Technical Account Management Services at EfficientIP since December 2017. Prior to this role, Gilles held various positions at BT from September 2007 to December 2017, including NOC SOC Support Technical Director, where responsibilities encompassed N3 support expertise, project design validation, training plan development, and management of technical RFPs. Gilles also managed a team of Level 2 engineers and specialized in technical account management, consistently overseeing client incidents and crisis situations. Earlier experience includes a role as Support Engineer Level 1&2 at Cyber Networks from 2005 to 2007. Gilles holds multiple degrees in embedded computing and industrial computing from institutions including I.T.I.N and Pierre and Marie Curie University.
