John Ricciardi

John Ricciardi is an experienced professional with a substantial background in channel development, sales management, and technical evangelism. Currently serving as the Channel Development Director at EfficientIP since January 2019, John drives channel development and enablement programs for DDI solutions. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Nokia from 2002 to 2018, including Partner Channel Manager, Global Partner Technical Evangelist, Business Development Manager, Regional Account Manager, and National Account Manager, where responsibilities involved strategic partner growth and collaboration across multiple sectors in North America. Additionally, John has experience as a Senior Sales Engineer at Lucent Technologies and a Consulting Network Systems Engineer at International Network Services, with foundational roles in network engineering and technical assistance early in the career. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
