Lahcen Yamoun

Lahcen Yamoun is a data scientist engineer currently working at EfficientIP since November 2021, focusing on professional thesis work. Prior experience includes internships at Ecole nationale Superieure d'Informatique (ESI), where Lahcen developed an efficient system for cancer detection and diagnosis from mammographies using deep learning techniques, and performed a comprehensive study on medical diagnostic systems. Additional roles include web/IoT development at Brainiac SARL and backend development at ETIC. Lahcen has held leadership positions such as chief designer for CACE and project leader for an educational application on Algerian geography. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Computer Science from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, a Master 2 in Data Science and Machine Learning from CY Cergy Paris Université, and a double degree in engineering and computer science from ESI. A foundational Baccalaureate in Mathematics was earned at Abderrahman Ibnou Rostom.
