Chetna Sharma

Chetna Sharma has a comprehensive work experience in the field of training and development. Chetna started their career as an Assistant Trainer at Touchstone Educationals Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. Following that, they worked as a Verbal Ability Trainer at Lovely Professional University, where they focused on strengthening students' English grammar skills and improving their overall language proficiency. Chetna then joined Milestone Education Group as an IELTS Trainer, where their main responsibilities included enrolling and guiding students who were interested in the institute's demo classes, as well as providing comprehensive IELTS training to new students.

After that, in 2020, Chetna joined CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY as a Soft Skills Trainer. Chetna conducted sessions on English Grammar, Verbal Ability, and various communication skills to students, helping them improve their communication skills and prepare for the professional world. Chetna also conducted Train the Trainer programs to train other trainers on delivering the content efficiently. In addition, they designed interactive syllabuses and training materials for both online and offline delivery.

Next, Chetna worked as an Instructor at Yuno Learning, where they enhanced the academic readiness of study-abroad aspirants and prepared students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exams. Chetna also mentored individuals at Escafate, providing guidance and support during a specific period.

In 2022, Chetna joined Cogneesol as a Training Specialist, responsible for conceptualizing language-related training programs within the organization. Chetna achieved a 100% satisfactory client response and successfully enhanced employees' proficiency in the English language by 80%, promoting effective communication within the company.

Currently, Chetna is working at a company called ".efficiently" as a Learning and Development Specialist - Soft Skills. Chetna delivers remote soft skills training courses to employees, provides feedback and assessments to aid their professional development, and ensures timely communication of training calendars to team members and managers.

Overall, Chetna has gained valuable experience in delivering training, enhancing language skills, and facilitating professional development throughout their career.

Chetna Sharma completed their Master of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Arya College, Ludhiana, India, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Master Tara Singh College, Ludhiana, from 2012 to 2014.

Chetna also completed their Senior Secondary education at Master Tara Singh Collegiate School, Ludhiana, and their Matriculation at Smt. Satywati Oswal Vidya Mandir, Ludhiana.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Chetna has obtained several certifications. These include a Corporate Trainer and Facilitator Certification from HRCI and the CPD Standards Office, obtained in July 2023. Chetna also holds a Soft Skills Trainer Certification and a Train The Trainer Certification from Protouch, obtained in July 2023.

Furthermore, Chetna has an IELTS (General Training) certification from IDP Education Ltd, obtained in April 2023, and another one obtained in March 2021. Chetna also completed a course titled "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn, obtained in November 2022.
