Hanna Pupa

Hanna Pupa is an HR Manager with 1.5 years of hands-on experience in onboarding, HR administration, internal communications, and office operations. Currently, they are developing into the People Partner role, passionate about creating supportive HR processes that enhance employee engagement and drive company growth. Previously, Hanna worked as a Chief Barista at U-Sun Family, where they handled recruitment and staff training, and organized team events. They also served as HR People Partner/Office Manager at SolveIt, successfully implementing onboarding systems and optimizing procurement processes. Hanna holds a degree in Law from Belarusian State University, completed in 2023.
