Mounika Bocha is currently working as a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, Sr. Onboarding Specialist, and Human Resources Executive at efficiently. Prior to this, Mounika worked as a Human Resources Executive at Hiregange & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Mounika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Sarathi Institute of Engineering & Technology. Additionally, Mounika completed their High School Diploma in Mathematics at Viswa Geethanjali Junior College and attended ST’ANNS HIGH SCHOOL.
