Shoeb A. Siddiqi has extensive work experience in the construction and design industry. Shoeb started their career as a Site Civil Engineer at Greentech Engineers and Services, where they were responsible for managing day-to-day labor work and obtaining sample materials and lab test reports. Shoeb then joined Saudi Company for Development of Construction & Trading Ltd. as a Quantity Surveyor, preparing bill of quantities and estimates for project materials. After that, Shoeb worked as a Project Engineer at Sinosteel Corporation Limited, where they were involved in various tasks such as meeting clients, creating design concepts, and coordinating with the client and site team. Shoeb also had a temporary role as a Project Engineer at Heera Hotel Project of Sinosteel Equipment and Engineering (S. A) Co., Ltd. in Jeddah.

Shoeb manages a remote team in India and serves as the main contact for the client, Earth Elements, a US-based interior company with multiple physical locations throughout the US.

Shoeb A. Siddiqi has a diverse education history. Shoeb acquired a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Osmania University, which they pursued from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Technology (MTech) in Construction Management from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2015 and 2017. Before their master's, Shoeb obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from the same university from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Shoeb has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Shoeb received the Remote Work and Virtual Collaboration Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2021. In June 2021, they became Procore Certified as a Project Manager, specializing in Project Management, through Procore Technologies. Shoeb also holds a certification in Project Management Essentials, which they obtained from the Management & Strategy Institute in June 2021.
