- Completed a Master Thesis in Operations Research & Machine Learning at Deutsche Post Lehrstuhl für Optimierung von Distributionsnetzwerken from June 2022 to January 2023.

- Intern in Operations Consulting at the Sino-German Institute of Smart Manufacturing and Innovation, Zhejiang from October 2021 to March 2022, where they had various responsibilities including digital transformation, feasibility analysis, and project management.

- Intern in Commission Industry 4.0 at BWA Deutschland from April 2021 to September 2021, where they researched vocational education systems and provided business transformation solutions to the local government.

- Working Student in Project Management at CHIMA Far East Service from September 2020 to April 2021, where they led a team, analyzed performance, and negotiated with stakeholders.

- Completed a Bachelor Thesis in Robotic Process Automation & Business Analytics at FIR at RWTH Aachen from May 2020 to August 2020.

- Intern in Lean Production at Lufthansa Technik from October 2018 to April 2019, where they optimized procedures, simulated outcomes, and delivered reports and presentations.

Duo Chen holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Aerospace Engineering/Industrial Engineering, which was attained from RWTH Aachen University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Duo Chen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2015 to 2021. Additionally, Duo Chen attended Universität des Saarlandes from 2014 to 2015 to pursue a T-course, though no degree was obtained from this institution.

Duo Chen has also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Machine Learning in Python from 365 Data Science in November 2022.
