Michael Myers is a seasoned procurement and supply chain transformation professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Efficio, Michael previously held significant roles such as Programme Director for Procurement & Commercial Transformation at Transport for London, where leadership in a £4bn procurement transformation initiative was key. Prior experience includes Commercial Director at Network Rail, where Michael implemented a comprehensive procurement operating model, and Head of Pre-Contract Commercial at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, managing major procurement activities for significant infrastructure projects.
