Minerva Ho

Minerva Ho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Minerva is currently a Manager at Efficio, where they negotiate contract renewals with payment processing service providers and manages a business analyst leading a competitive sourcing process for POS terminals. Minerva is also involved in researching and validating commercial revenue models and supply chain operations of fast casual franchises. Prior to this, Minerva worked as a Senior Consultant at Efficio, where they executed strategic sourcing processes for various clients, including a chemical manufacturer and a medical research software technology platform provider. In these roles, they developed global workforce strategies, analyzed human resources data, and achieved significant spend savings through rate harmonization and competitive RFP processes. Before joining Efficio, Minerva worked at TRAXYS as a Trader and Trading Assistant, and at Morgan Stanley as an intern. Minerva also had an internship at TRAXYS, where they researched the rare earths industry and conducted market analysis. Minerva Ho completed their secondary education at Pleasantville High School from 2002 to 2006. Minerva then pursued their undergraduate degree at Cornell University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a B.A. in History with a focus on China and Asia-Pacific Studies. Additionally, they also pursued a minor in Music during their time at Cornell. In 2009, Minerva Ho attended Peking University for a short period, focusing on China and Asia-Pacific Studies.
