Paul Baris

Paul Baris is a supply chain transformational leader with over 30 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Principal at Efficio, they have a history of successful supply chain management across various industries, including food, automotive, and consumer goods. Paul has previously held key roles such as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at United Food Group and Director of Supply Chain at 4 Wheel Parts, where they implemented strategies that significantly improved logistics and operational performance. As a past adjunct professor at Rochester Institute of Technology and a presenter at industry conferences, Paul shares their extensive knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and IT systems with others in the field. Paul is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University and a Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.
