Peter Heit

Peter Heit started their career in 2011 at Bentleys Qld Pty Ltd as an Accountant, providing taxation, accounting, and business structuring advice. Peter then worked as a Treasury Analyst at Ipswich City Council from 2014 to 2016. After that, they became the Treasury Manager at UnitingCare Queensland, where they established and ran their centralised treasury function. In 2017, they joined Pacific Life Re as a Treasury Manager, overseeing the global investment portfolio and liquidity and funding requirements. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of FP&A & Treasury at Efficio, and later became the Financial Director. Additionally, since 2018, they have been a Board Member and Honorary Treasurer at Tech4all.

Peter Heit completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a major in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a focus on Finance and International Trade, at The University of Queensland from 2007 to 2011. In 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountants from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Later, in 2017 to 2018, they acquired a Certificate in Treasury from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, emphasizing Finance and Financial Management Services.
