Philippe Salavert

Philippe Salavert has over 20 years of work experience in procurement and supply chain roles. Philippe is currently the Director at Efficio, where they help clients generate savings and benefits through the procurement and supply chain expertise provided by the company's eFlow platform. Prior to that, Philippe worked as a Principal at Efficio.

Before joining Efficio, Philippe held senior positions at Danfoss, where they were the Senior Director of Digital Procurement and Senior Director of Mechanics Sourcing. In these roles, they led the digital transformation of Danfoss Procurement and implemented strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Philippe also played a key role in creating and implementing the Danfoss Procurement Strategy.

Earlier in their career, Philippe worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Purchasing Expert, where they gained valuable experience in consulting and purchasing. Philippe also held various director-level positions at Nokia, where they were responsible for concepting and innovation sourcing, mobile phone solution sourcing, connect category sourcing, audio sourcing, and camera sourcing.

Philippe's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Buyer at Wavecom, where they were in charge of procurement for wireless modules. Philippe started their career as a Buyer at SAGEM, specializing in semiconductors.

Philippe holds a Master of Business Administration degree from IMD and has interned at Nokia, the University of South Australia, and the University of Southampton. Overall, Philippe Salavert has a strong background in procurement, supply chain, and digital transformation.

Philippe Salavert has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended IMD and obtained an MBA in General Management. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they studied at CentraleSupélec and earned an MScEng in Telecommunications & Entrepreneurship. Additionally, in 1996, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics at UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. In the same year, they also attended Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr, where they focused on becoming a Cadet Officer. Before their university education, from 1993 to 1996, Philippe Salavert attended Lycée Militaire de Saint-Cyr, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. Alongside their educational qualifications, they have obtained certifications in "Developing Executive Presence" from LinkedIn in October 2018 and "Leading Leaders" from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in April 2016.
