Robyn Loubser

Robyn Loubser is a Principal at Efficio, where Robyn has worked since September 2015, holding various positions including Senior Manager, Manager of the Efficio Academy, and Senior Consultant within the Academy. Robyn joined the Efficio Academy in July 2018, focusing on helping clients attract, develop, and retain talent through a comprehensive suite of trainings for procurement practitioners. Efficio is recognized as the largest procurement consultancy worldwide, assisting organizations in reducing costs and enhancing procurement team skills. Prior to Efficio, Robyn held positions as a Business Analyst at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and as a Summer Intern at RWE npower. Robyn earned an MA in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cambridge and completed secondary education at St Helen and St Katharine.
