Lionel Monstrul possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and recruitment sectors, having worked in various capacities since 2011. Notable roles include serving as the Gérant at La Terrasse des délices, where responsibilities encompassed event organization and fostering a relaxing dining atmosphere, and Director of Salle at the Restaurant du Golf de Brigode, managing multiple dining areas and collaborating on event execution. At Club Med, Lionel held several positions including Mission pour le Club Med, Beverage Manager, and Responsable Restaurant, focusing on team leadership, staff training, and operational efficiency.
