Kaushal Sutaria has over 17 years of professional experience. Kaushal started their career in 2002 as a Business Process Consultant at Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd. where they worked with cross-functional teams on process definition, optimization, and automation in the fields of quality, sales, operations and human resources. Kaushal also provided process management consulting to over 250 companies and received the 'Best Performance Award' from the Maharashtra Government. In 2003, they founded Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt. Ltd. and established Sterling International Consulting in Dubai in 2009. Kaushal served as the Director at Sterling International Consulting, where they were responsible for defining business goals, increasing market presence, and maximizing revenue. In 2011, they joined INFOMATICS CONSULTANCY CO as a Senior Manager. In 2015, they became the Managing Director at Effivity Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for strategic management and go-to-market strategies including planning, execution and augmentation for product development, marketing & sales management and channel management. Kaushal also managed cross functional teams to launch a unique software product in the market with expected subscriptions exceeding 100,000 organizations.

Kaushal Sutaria has an education history that includes an M.B.A. from Institute For Technology and Management in Operations Management & Marketing Management from 2000 to 2002, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Production Engineering from SES College of Engineering from 1994 to 1998.
