Mai Shafei has a strong background in customer operations and technical support services. Starting in 2009, Mai worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Tea computers. In 2011, they joined RMGS as a Manager of Technical Support Services. Mai then moved on to FlairsTech in 2017, where they held the roles of Service Delivery Manager and Director of Customer Operations.
